1. Welcome to keki
By using keki, you agree to these terms. keki is a personal utility app designed to help you track birthdays, discover gift ideas, and coordinate group gifts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use keki. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete the account and any associated data.
3. Acceptable Use
Don't harass, threaten, or harm other users. Don't upload sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content as your profile photo or in any text field. Every signed-in user can report or block other users; reports are reviewed and accounts that violate these rules will be suspended or removed.
4. Group Gifts & Payments
keki provides a platform to organize group gifts and track pledges. However, keki DOES NOT process payments, hold funds, or transfer money. All payment coordination (e.g., Venmo, cash) happens externally between users. keki is not responsible for unpaid pledges or financial disputes between friends.
5. AI Suggestions
Gift ideas generated by keki's AI are suggestions only. We do not guarantee the availability, exact pricing, or quality of the physical products suggested. Links to external search engines are provided for convenience.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the iOS app; doing so permanently wipes your profile, friendships, wishlist, gift cart, and any related data.
7. Subscriptions
keki Plus and keki Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are issued by keki — refund requests go through Apple's standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
