How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete Account in the iOS app. We confirm with your password and the word DELETE, then permanently wipe your data within 24 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → keki → Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

I'm not getting birthday notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → keki → Notifications. The app also has a 'Notifications' section under Settings where you can pick how many days in advance you're reminded.

Someone's harassing me on keki — what do I do?

Tap Report on their profile or in search results. We review reports within 24 hours. You can also block them — they'll disappear from your friends list, search, and notifications.

My profile photo got deleted.

Photos are reviewed automatically by Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch. Images flagged as adult, violent, or graphic are removed. If you think yours was removed by mistake, email us.

Can I use keki on the web?

Not yet. The full app is iOS-only. The web is just the public profile preview, this support page, and the App Store link.
